Please allow 3 - 4 days for your order to be processed and shipped

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday

Free ground shipping applies to all orders over $150 (mainland U.S. only)

Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories $20 flat rate shipping fee

Currently, we do not ship internationally
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is complete. An additional email will be sent out once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for your tracking information to update. If you need the shipping address changed please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped the address can no longer be changed.
Lux Sole is not responsible for the wrong shipping address if given incorrect information. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure all of our lux lovers are overjoyed with their purchases! If you have any issues make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can help you resolve it.
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
If any wear, tear or damage has occurred you will receive a refund less the amount of damage done to the item (our trained lux authenticators will make this determination).
